CLASS FULL - WAITLIST AVAILABLE
a 45-minute option for both beginners and those who race competitively. You can expect 28 minutes of running, with two- and three-minute hill climbs, followed by one-minute recoveries.  We will focus on speed intervals, Wrap it up with strength training, including kettlebells and bodyweight moves like lunges and mountain climbers.
