Teen Strength & Conditioning Program (5 Weeks | 1 Day/Week | 60 Minutes)


Goal: Build total-body strength, power, speed, and confidence for athlete and scaled for them! 


Weekly Format (same flow each week)


Each class follows a simple but powerful structure so kids know what to expect and improve weekly:

    1.    Dynamic Warm-Up & Activation (10 min)

    2.    Power Move of the Week (8–10 min)

    3.    Strength & Athletic Circuit (25 min)

    4.    Conditioning & Competition Finishers (10 min)

    5.    Core & Recovery + Quick Talk (5–7 min)
