This is a 1-hour fusion of treadmill training and Pilates, designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and core control.
You’ll move through 8 total blocks, alternating between the treadmill and the mat:
The class flows continuously, keeping your heart rate high and muscles engaged the entire hour.
Expect to sweat, sculpt, and strengthen — combining the intensity of treadmill work with the mindful burn of Pilates.
