VICI TREAD + PILATES FUSION (60 MIN)


This is a 1-hour fusion of treadmill training and Pilates, designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and core control.


You’ll move through 8 total blocks, alternating between the treadmill and the mat:


  • Treadmill blocks focus on speed, incline, and power to build cardio endurance and lower-body strength.
  • Pilates blocks target the core, posture, and stability — giving you strength and balance through control and precision.

The class flows continuously, keeping your heart rate high and muscles engaged the entire hour.

Expect to sweat, sculpt, and strengthen — combining the intensity of treadmill work with the mindful burn of Pilates.
