This class is all about building strength, sculpting muscle, and feeling powerful.

Using a body bars , dumbbells , and your body weight, you’ll move through high-rep, low-weight training that targets every major muscle group.

Each track is synced to music — driving your energy, pace, and endurance from start to finish.

Expect to burn calories, build lean muscle, and tone your entire body with a mix of squats, presses, lifts, and lunges.


You’ll leave class feeling strong, confident, and unstoppable  the perfect mix of challenge and motivation.
